The score opened at the 62nd minute when Keira Walsh sent a tremendous ball into the space where Ella Toone was standing who, by planting herself hand to hand, defined with a luxurious vaseline.

Germany seemed totally lost but at 11' of the end a good play for the right was Lina Magull who was in charge of sending her to save to force an extension in which the physique of the two squads weighed a lot.

However, the stop ball would have a solution for the Lionesses and in a corner shot the decisive goal fell thanks to Chloe Kelly taking advantage of a tangle of the area to score the championship goal to 110'. England, in this way, wins its first Women’s Euro and leaves empty handed Germany that had historically conquered the trophy eight times, in the same number of finals, but this time changed everything.
